New story - Woots!
Okay, it has been quite some time since I have posted a story. Sorry! >.< Anyway, I am writing new story. I have been working on it for quite some time, since June or something, I have 12 chapters ready, but still need editing, so I won't be posting the rest yet. Pls tell me wat u think about the new story. ^^ It might be rather confusing.
Ally's chronicles - Book one (Haven't think of name yet. ^^)
Prologue
There was once a land called Mistico. It was controlled by the six elementals, fire, water, air, earth, light, and dark. Each of them had a human guardian who represented them. With the help of the Guardians, the land soon grew prosperous.
Many centuries passed happily, and quickly, the peace was so wonderful that nobody suspected that evil was stirring. Then, unbeknownst to man, A Creature born out of rage emerged from the depths of a volcano. Twisted and sly, it did not strike immediately, instead it waited as it created monsters, evil and vile. It waited for years, slowly gaining in power as the elementals and the Guardians were unaware, innocent, of the growing evil. The Creature waited, it had time, until it had enough power, and it struck. The consequences were devastating, as the people had no warning , people were killed, and families were torn.
The battle lasted for years. It was so weary and long, that earth was starting to feel the effects; the crops were poor. Animals were sparse. Plants seemed to grow slower. The elementals and their Guardian were very concerned. They wanted to stop the war too but it seemed to be impossible, the evil was too powerful. When things were starting to get worse, all of the elementals and the Guardians, held a very important meeting, and concluded that the war must be stopped somehow. All of them went to the elves and asked them to help the humans. They were reluctant at first, not wanting to get involved in the war, but in the end, they decided to help. So, gathering an army of elven warriors and the remainder of the human soldiers, all of them marched to the Canae, the land of volcanoes. It was the base of the evil creature whose name was unknown.
A huge battle took place at the bottom of Mount Faros, the largest volcano. The odds were great against the elven warriors and the army of the humans and they were losing, quickly. The elementals and the Guardians knew they need to destroy the centre of the war, The Creature. Thus, while the army was busy fighting, the Guardians and the elementals, slipped between the guards, and up Mount Faros, where The Creature is sitting, as it watched the mass of humans, monsters and elves before him.
While it was unaware, the Guardians attacked it. Although the Guardians had the power of surprise, they were still no match for The Creature. After a long and weary battle. The Guardians managed to bind it and cast it into the fiery pits of the volcano. Although they had won, the Creature had injured them much. The Guardians knew that they would not live much longer. They might have thrown it back to where it came from, but it was certain that it would come back. In a moment of haste, they casted a spell. Nobody know the spell, but they knew the prophecy that came with it.
The evil is gone, but it will return
For having its freedom is what it yearns
It will strike the heart of everyone
So be careful take no chance
If you slip, you will fall
Right into Black Death’s door
But in the midst of doom A child will rise
Daughter of a King and child of a Elf
Kind, graceful and wise,
The powers of the elementals in her hands,
She will be the savior of all
Atlas, her fate,
History will repeat itself
For The Creature is indestructible…
Thus, with the forbidding prophecy, the Guardians died. The spirits of the elements disappeared, as they awaited their next Guardian. The survivors of the cruel war (The dark army disappeared when The Creature died) were both sorrowful and elated. Elated because the long war has ended and sorrowful because the Guardians have died. However, they await the next Guardian who will lead them to victory against The Creature again. While the people were mourning, a little sprite came out. Glowing softly, it drifted across the war zone, seeing the corpses and the scarred land. It felt sorry for the whole world and deeply regretted that it did not arrive sooner to stop the war. As a payment, it summoned the Dragon.
You will be the new guardian of Canae as the. It said. Dragon agreed readily. It was pleased and continued to move.
It finally found where the Guardians died.
Such a pity it thought. They were great and powerful, worthy of wielding my siblings’ powers.
Floating closer to the grave of Guardians, it was struck by a horrifying vision.
Crying out in horror, it knelt down and wept.
They… are…How could they? It thought as it gazed, shocked, at the dusty ground.
After a moment of silence, it stood up. Determined to help the future guardian, it casted a spell.
The moment the spell was casted, a beam of swirling white light shot up to the sky, dispersing the dark clouds and clearing the sky.
In the far horizon, the sun was raising steadily, basking the earth with warm and bright light.
The sprite gazed at the sunrise.
I can only help you until here…
The rest is up to you, my child…

The prologue breakdown: The world is governed by the 6 elements, Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Dark and Light. There are also 6 mages, who represented the 6 elements, and thus becoming their guardians.
Centuries when past, and there was battle with The Creature. Nobody know how the creature came about, or why it wanted to conquer the world, but one thing was sure that. Wherever it's army goes, destruction lies behind after that.
After seeking help from the elves, the remaining soldiers and the elven worriors when to fight the enemy of monsters in a heads on battle. However, they were still losing despite the extra help.
Seeing that, the Guardians smeaked up Mount Faros, where 'it' was sitting. After a while, they managed to seal in inside the volcano of Mount Faros. However, they knew that 'it' was not dead yet. Not only that, they had used too much energy while fighting 'it' and they feared they were going to die soon. Not wanting history to repat itself, they casted a spell, which ensured of the heiress to the elemental powers. So that if 'it' appeared again. there will be somebody to fight ' it'.
After that, you should know what happened. (Cos I am lazy...) (Why am I writing the prologue breakdown anyway???)
The sprite came and blah blah blah...
